There is a saying that says: “The best sitting posture is the next one”. Assuming varied postures ensure optimum nourishment of the intervertebral discs. However, if we sit for a prolonged period of time, the most ideal sitting posture is the one in which the body is supported as much as possible in its natural shape. Also, the chair needs to allow the user to change his posture regularly. Following scientifi c studies after sound sitting at home, which were conducted in close collaboration with Fitform, five basic conditions were established, which seats and chairs should meet to provide optimum support of the body.
Basically, a chair must fi t a person’s body shape, i.e. it must be tailor-made. In fact, it is the same as a tailored suit. It should fit like a glove.
